One of our most loved workshops — Mandala Dot Painting is to bring peace, calm and mindful presence to beautiful souls.

In this session, we will practice mandala dot drawing on.canvas, focusing not on the final result, but on the process itself.

Each participant will intuitively choose their own colours and mandala patterns. You will be gently guided through the creative process, with attention on relaxation, presence and enjoyment of the moment.

This workshop is suitable both for those familiar with Therapeutic Art or painting, and for those who haven’t held a paintbrush in a long time.
You may join purely for creative enjoyment, relaxation or emotional reset.

Practical Details:
Duration: approximately 1.5–2 hours
Short 10-minute breaks will be included during the session.
